Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Linux SME/Sr. Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RedHat Enterprise Linux Administration and other Linux flavors along with experience in Automation/DevOps tools, AWS Cloud and OS clustering. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with our company's objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Extensive hands-on experience on Linux operating systems, including RedHat Enterprise Linux 6,7,8 & 9 and Ubuntu, SUSE, Amazon Linux2, Amazon Linux 2023, CentOS.
• Proficient in Linux command-line interface and shell scripting.
• Working experience in migrating upgrading the Linux operating system major version (e.g RHEL6 to 9 or RHEL7 to 9)
• In depth knowledge and working experience in Veritas Infoscale cluster.
• Configuring and managing the Pacemaker cluster.
• Experience in Deploying and Managing the Red Hat satellite server and Foreman.
• OS Security vulnerability management and patching the Linux systems from satellite or foreman.
• Experience in Ansible, Puppet, Terraform automation tools and Docker container platform.
• Ability to deploy new physical hardware in datacenter and configure them with redundancy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or KVM.
• Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures and hardening the Linux systems.
• Working experience in AWS Cloud and managing the services such as EC2, S3, EFS, EBS, VPC, Load Balancers, Cloudwatch, IAM, Systems manager.
• Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP.
• Experience in BeeGFS parallel filesystem and ZFS.
• Working experience in High performance computing cluster management.
• Adhere to the SOP, ITIL process and framework.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
