Key Responsibilities:
+ Demonstrated experience creating and managing virtual environments (VMWare ESX, VCenter Administration)
+ Systems administration of hardware and software in support of developing and testing of information technology systems
+ Experience in administration of Linux
+ Experience configuring and maintaining storage and file systems (NFS, EXT3/4, XFS)
+ Writing scripts (Bash, Shell, Python, Perl)
+ Experience in developing and delivering briefings, technical presentations, and program documentation to senior program management
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 5+ year’s experience in systems administration of hardware and software in support of developing and testing of information technology systems
+ Strong Linux experience
+ Experience with Tier 2 support
+ Experience in writing scripts (Bash, Shell, Python, Perl)
+ Proficiency in working with applicable network devices to include routers and switches, gateways and hubs
+ Experience with computer networking protocols including, but not limited to TCP, IP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, and DNS
+ Demonstrated experience working with a team to introduce and integrate new technologies into existing production environments
+ Experience with integrated processing environments such as a Storage Area Network
Clearance Requirement:
+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, SALT, Puppet desirable
+ Experience with cross-domain solutions or Nifi desirable for some positions
+ This position involves sedentary work, including speaking, standing, talking, walking, and working with computers and data.
+ Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
+ Competence in computer operating systems.
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900.00-$134,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
