Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Linux Systems Administrator is responsible for creating and documenting the framework of technical standards and procedures, and supports the engineering team in solutioning, engineering and system administration tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux systems, including software updates and security patches
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS.
- Design and build technical solutions for cloud-agnostic, cloud-enabled infrastructure with microservices or traditional application patterns
- Understand, configure, implement, and deploy systems using Linux command-line in a cloud environment
- Monitor systems, validate the integrity and accessibility of all server resources, hardware, systems, and key processes.
Here's what you need:
- IAT Level II certification
- RedHat Linux Experience
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Ruby
- Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible
Bonus points if you have:
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance or active TS with SCI eligibility
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
