• 36 hours per week; option to do 3 days during the week and 1 day on the weekend
• 2+ years of recent experience as a social worker in a medical setting
• Graduate of a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• Current LSW or LISW license in Ohio
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree (preferred) in social work
