Litigation Assistant - Peter Goldstein Law Corporaton

- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and trial
- Prepare and organize documents for depositions, trials, and mediations
- Conduct basic legal research
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents from existing templates
- Coordinate discovery requests and document production
- Manage case files and maintain organized records
- Liaise with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the litigation
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents

Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Previous experience in a litigation support role is a plus

Salary commensurate with experience.
