Litigation Attorney

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Experience: 3-5 years
Bar Admission: Admission to Pennsylvania Bar (Must have)

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of corporate and construction litigation cases.
• Assist with entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, and financing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.

Position Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience Litigation Associate Attorney (Must have)
• Admission to Pennsylvania Bar (Must have)
• Extensive litigation experience (Must have)
• Portable books of business a plus, not required
• Preferred experience in construction litigation and construction law
