Litigation Associate - Top Tier Reps LLC

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate in Florham Park, NJ with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a mid to large law firm
• Extensive experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery
• Court appearances in state and federal courts
• Trade secret and non-compete counseling experience (preferred)
• Employment law experience (preferred)
• Good standing with the New Jersey Bar
• Federal or State Appellate clerkships (a plus)
