Litigation Associate - Top Tier Reps LLC

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex business litigation in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage written and document discovery
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare witnesses for testimony
• Appear at status conferences and argue motions
• Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations
• Assist with trial preparation

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of business litigation experience
• Significant experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
• Active member in good standing with the California Bar
• Expertise in managing written and document discovery
• Proficiency in researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and court filings
• Experience conducting and defending depositions
• Ability to prepare witnesses for testimony
• Competence in appearing at status conferences and arguing motions
• Experience with settlement conferences, negotiations, and trial preparation
• Well-rounded, dynamic, and highly motivated with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
