Position: Full-Time Litigation Associate Attorney (Medical Malpractice Practice Group)

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in medical malpractice cases.
• Handle personal injury, general negligence, and/or insurance defense cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Develop and execute case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Michigan.
• 5-10 years of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, general negligence, and/or insurance defense.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, litigation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• Healthcare or scientific-related degree(s) is a plus.
