Position Responsibilities:
- Handle civil litigation cases with finesse and expertise
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support your cases
- Collaborate with team members to develop winning strategies
- Draft legal documents with precision and flair

Position Essential Job Functions:
- Represent clients in court hearings and depositions
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide top-notch legal advice
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of your work

Position Skills:
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, licensed in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for justice and a knack for winning cases
- Bonus points if you have a punny sense of humor about UX Design
