Litigation Associate - Top Tier Reps LLC

Our client is seeking an associate for our Litigation Department in their West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required, with a valid license to practice law in the State of Florida.
• 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong research, writing, and academic credentials are essential.
• Experience in both federal and state courts is necessary.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in large law firms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic litigation team.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, managing discovery processes, contributing to case strategy, conducting witness interviews, and participating in hearings and mediations.
• Familiarity with ediscovery, including the collection, review, and production of electronically stored documents in Florida state and federal proceedings, is preferred.
