Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation cases from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Advise clients on issues like covenant enforcement, contracts, title disputes, insurance defense, and related litigation.
- Handle court and client deadlines while fostering strong client relationships.
- Network with clients and industry professionals and work with an experienced support team.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Civil litigation experience, strong research and writing abilities, and courtroom experience.
