Litigation Attorney - Gpac

We are partnering with a firm in search of a highly skilled Litigation Attorney with defense experience in construction, property and casualty, serious personal injury, and wrongful death claims. They are looking for an Associate Attorney in these areas who demonstrates compassion and understanding for their clients. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days a week in-office after training.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently
• Billable hour requirement of 1900 hours, with a discretionary bonus for meeting this target
