Responsiblitites: 

• Competently reviewing and drafting discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation experience in business or commercial
  
• 1600 Billable hrs
• Trial experience and sophisticated motion practice are preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
