What you will be doing:

• Competently handle Premise Liability and Motor Vehicle cases.
• Draft Pleadings and Motions.
• File documents online with the Court.
• Attend Arbitration Hearings.
• Try jury cases.
• Take depositions.
• Coordinate discovery and review demand packages with paralegals.

Experience you will need:

• At least 5 years of meaningful trial experience.
• Prior Jury Trial Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Skills in both answering client phone calls and responding to emails.
• Excellent computer and technology skills.
• Experience using a Case Management Software, preferably FileVine.
• Access to a car for occasional travel to Lake, Kane, DuPage, and other Cook County Suburban Courtrooms.
