Litigation Attorney - Greenfield Staffing Solutions

Our client that is in expansion mode has recently started to practice in TX is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Houston, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY:   

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:  

• Full-time; remote with possible 12-month transition to in-office
• 2 or more years of litigation experience 
• 1st chair trial experience a plus
• Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required 
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. 
• Superb negotiation skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving 
• Team-oriented
