Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details
PLEASE NOTE: Only candidate located in California with extensive and recent insurance defense experience will be considered for this position.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Must be licensed in CA
- 5+ years of solid insurance defense experience in personal injury, habitability, slip & fall, auto accident, traumatic brain injury, general liability and/or construction defect matters
- Ability to manage cases throughout all stages of litigation; reviewing and propounding discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial prep, and attendance at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial
- Consistent reporting to insurance carriers; timely billable time entries; interfacing with clients and opposing counsel
- Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
