Litigation Attorney work comp/PI-NE - Gpac

We are partnering with a firm in search of a highly skilled Litigation Attorney for workers compensation and Personal Injury. They are looking for an Attorney in these areas who demonstrates compassion and understanding for their clients. The can potentially operate on a hybrid schedule, after 6 months.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in litigation
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently
• Billable hour requirement of 1900 hours, with a discretionary bonus for meeting this target
