  2-25 years of experience, Will look at defense or plaintiff experience. Will consider candidates from the DA's office.

  Work/life balance - they run hard Monday through Thursday. Fridays they start slowing down and no one is expected to work over the weekend.

  This is not a law firm. Huge resources are available - IT, litigation support, marketing, etc.

  Will look at candidates with either plaintiff or defense experience or any type of litigation
