Highlighted Duties:
- Represent clients in various litigation matters from start to finish.
- Strategize and implement effective litigation plans.
- Conduct legal research, analyze laws, and manage case documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Negotiate settlements and guide clients through legal proceedings.
Highlighted Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and KY Bar License.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney (Defense preferred).
- Strong grasp of civil procedure and litigation practices.
- Excellent communication, research, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
