About the Job
Beacon Hill Legal is immediately seeking an experienced litigation legal assistant for a regional law firm client located in Chattanooga, TN.
This is a full-time role that will be fully in office.
Applicants must have the following experience for consideration:
- 3-5 years of professional legal support experience
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Document management experience
- Proficiency in the following: preparing legal documents, coordinating/maintaining attorney calendars and travel arrangements
- Manage document discovery
- Time entry and billing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detail oriented
