Litigation Legal Assistant - Gpac

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Legal Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in various stages of the litigation process, ensuring efficient case management and assisting with trial preparation.

Responsibilities: 

• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Prepare documents for filing in both state and federal courts
• Support our attorneys in all phases of litigation
• Assist in drafting pleadings and complaints
• Manage and calendar court deadlines
• Propound and respond to discovery
• Maintain organized case files

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to act independently and in a team-based environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Confident in a paperless work environment
• Knowledge of e-Filing and California rules
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Type at least 40 wpm
