Regional law firm located in downtown Houston is looking for a Litigation Legal Secretary.
Hours - 9am-6pm

LEGAL SECRETARY- GENERAL LITIGATION
Candidate must have extensive experience as a legal secretary supporting a litigation practice. Experience in Oil and Gas litigation and administrative proceedings preferred.
Candidate must have proficient computer skills (MS Office, Aderant, iManage, InterAction and Citrix preferred) and must have the ability to organize and keep up on numerous filings and be able to prioritize workload.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, e-filing; time entry and bill processing; calendar management, including reviewing and calendaring court deadlines; drafting pleadings, discovery responses, legal correspondence and other related documents; and submitting and tracking expense reimbursements.
