Litigation Paralegal

About Us: Gpac has partnered with a local firm dedicated to advocating for clients in complex litigation cases. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our growing practice.

Position Overview: The firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with 3-7 years of experience to assist attorneys with all stages of litigation, including trial preparation, research, and document drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.
• Manage case files, documents, and client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in complex litigation is a plus.
