Job Title: Litigation / Regulatory Paralegal

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid-Telework Schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on case laws, regulations, and legal precedents to strengthen attorneys in legal proceedings.
• Organize and manage legal documents, including filing, indexing, and retrieving case files.
• Work under attorney supervision to prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates on case progress and assisting in gathering necessary information.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and managing trial logistics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, contributing to the development of strategies to address regulatory issues.
• Perform administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, and other activities to streamline attorneys' workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent paralegal certification.
• Previous experience as a litigation or regulatory paralegal preferred.
• Strong research skills and proficiency in legal databases and research tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of litigation and regulatory procedures is a plus.
