Adams & Martin Group is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal with Commercial Real Estate experience.

- Experience with iManage, Microsoft Office 365, Orion, Mimecast and CloudNine
- Bachelor's Degree
Duties:
- Preparing first drafts of letters, pleadings, discovery and discovery responses in matters related to commercial real estate, business and contract disputes.
- Compiling and filing (including e-filing) complaints, motions and briefs in federal, bankruptcy, superior, state, and magistrate court using Pacer, Odyssey, Tyler and PeachCourt systems.
- Managing service of process of filed litigation, calendaring critical deadlines and dates and maintaining status reports of pending litigation and matters.
- Liaising with court, clerk and sheriff's department staff regarding pending litigation.
- E-filing real estate documents in county deed and lien records using GSCCCA system.
- Administrating document review, redaction and production using cloud-based software.
- Monitoring bankruptcy court dockets and preparing and filing proofs of claim in bankruptcy.
- Conducting online research regarding assets, whereabouts, incorporation, deeds, liens, etc.
- Ordering title and surveys in connection with real estate foreclosures, evictions and lien searches.
- Managing an index of judgment liens.
- Tracking and inputting time for billing purposes on a daily basis.
- Communicating with clients via email and phone.
