Litigation Paralegal - Direct Counsel, LLC

Direct Counsel is currently seeking a talented and experienced bilingual litigation paralegal. As a litigation paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys in all stages of the litigation process. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing discovery processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and deadlines
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
• Strong work ethic and the ability to handle a high volume of cases
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience with personal injury litigation is a plus
