Litigation Paralegal at Bogoraz Law Group

Join our team at Bogoraz Law Group as a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on N.Y. Labor Law cases. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support to our legal team in a fast-paced and expanding environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist attorneys with drafting pleadings invloving N.Y. Labor Law / Construction personal injury actions. 
2. Assist attorneys with discovery responses invloving N.Y. Labor Law / Construction personal injury actions. 
3. Assist attorneys with drafting motions invloving N.Y. Labor Law / Construction personal injury actions. 
4. Coordinate and schedule depositions and other legal proceedings
5. Handle administrative tasks such as organizing case files and managing calendars

Job Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience in Labor Law cases.
• Knowledge of N.Y. Labor Law personal injury actions. 
• Familiarity with legal document preparation and deposition procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000
