Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation: Duties include calendaring, scheduling, docketing, document organization, drafting pleadings, discovery, and client communication.
- Administrative: Manage deadlines for tax filings, attorney registrations, and corporate filings; handle monthly billing and invoicing; maintain office supplies and assist with client communications.
Top Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Skills: Project management, excellent proofreading, and writing abilities.
- Office Tasks: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain filing systems.
