Adecco is proud to partner with an esteemed firm in Fort Worth to fill a Litigation Paralegal position. This role is crucial in supporting multiple attorneys throughout the litigation process and requires a wide range of responsibilities that vary by case and attorney.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting research on individuals and companies involved in cases
- Compiling, organizing, and indexing documentary evidence
- Assisting attorneys with electronic document review and production
- Coordinating document production, including bates labeling, scanning, and uploading documents into Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms
- Assisting attorneys with deposition and evidentiary hearing preparation
- Organizing, reviewing, and managing deposition transcripts and exhibits
- Coordinating service of process for citations, summonses, and subpoenas
- Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, proposed orders, and discovery
- Proofreading and cite checking motions and briefs, and compiling supporting evidence
- Filing documents with state and federal courts in compliance with court rules
- Assisting attorneys at hearings and trials with presentation of evidence using PowerPoint and OnCue
- Calculating and maintaining docket/calendar entries for case deadlines
- Staying current on changes in state, federal, and local court rules and practices
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience required, with a preference for civil litigation
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends, when needed to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Relativity (preferred), and trial presentation software (OnCue preferred)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professional interaction with clients and staff are essential
Essential Functions:
- Manage assignments, deadlines, and discovery materials effectively
- Assist attorneys with trial and hearing preparation, including researching using Westlaw
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, attorneys, and administrative staff

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $8,500.00 per year
