Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
Location: Rancho Bernardo
Hours: Full-time, onsite
Salary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, DOE

Practice Areas: Insurance Defense Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, discovery, medical and discovery summaries, demands, and other legal documents.
- Draft discovery motions, oppositions, and replies.
- Coordinate, assemble, and prepare documents for production and proceedings.
- Investigate facts and laws of cases, search public records and other resources to prepare case analysis reports and determine causes of action.
- Communicate with clients when necessary.
- Work in a team-based structure.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation experience (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and instruction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe.
- Team-player attitude and reliability.
- Prior experience in motion work not required.
Required Education:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- ABA Paralegal Certificate
