Job Details
- Litigation Support: Assist attorneys in research, drafting, and revision of legal documents including discovery, motions, and judgments.
- Trial Preparation: Conduct legal research and organize materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Court Filings: Prepare, execute, and download court filings including electronic and state filings.
- Client Interaction: Draft client correspondence and serve as a point of contact, interpreting data for clients and the team.
- Documentation: Manage records, schedule depositions, and work with experts across various areas of litigation.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate or degree is required for this role.
- 3 to 7 years of legal experience; preferably with experience working in industries such as insurance, government, regulatory/compliance administration.
- Commercial litigation experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong communication skills, decision making, and can work in a team environment.
- This is a On-Site opportunity. You must be able to work at our office 5 days a week.
