Litigation Paralegal - Masterson Recruiting, Inc.

Hybrid position, 4 days in office, one from home. Miami law firm is seeking a highly skilled senior litigation paralegal with at least 15 years of paralegal and hands-on trial experience in complex civil cases. Responsibilities include managing case documents, working with electronic evidence and assisting attorneys with all phases of discovery, including document production and depositions; assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials; organizing and maintaining legal files and other client related work as may be assigned. Candidate must have experience using e-discovery databases and litigation support software for document production, witness files and deposition transcripts and exhibits. This position requires a pro-active and detail oriented approach to legal support assignments and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
