Litigation Paralegal - Adams & Martin Group

Adams & Martin Group is looking for an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal.

Responsibilities include:

Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather information for case preparation.
- Organize and manage case files using document management systems.
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare exhibits and other materials for trial.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
