Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
- Minimum of 5+ years of stable employment experience supporting multiple litigation attorneys
- Knowledge of MS Word to create and edit correspondence, briefs, pleadings, TOA's, TOC's, and other legal documents
- Must be proficient at e-filing and know Federal and State court rules
- Maintaining attorney calendars, scheduling meetings and depositions, expense reports, check requests, and coordinating the maintenance of client files
- Familiarity with utilizing a document management system such as NetDocs is preferred
