Litigation Secretary (Temp-to-Hire, Hybrid) - Adams & Martin Group

We are seeking a Litigation Secretary with 3+ years of California litigation experience for a temp-to-hire role with a prominent San Diego firm. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and the opportunity to work in labor & employment, corporate, and healthcare litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage E-Discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• E-file in California State and Federal courts and handle calendaring deadlines.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation.
