Key Responsibilities:
- Command the courtroom, representing clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial motions to the closing argument.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- A minimum of 5+ years of litigation and trial experience, with a strong record of success.
- Exceptional trial advocacy skills and a command of courtroom procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
