Summary: Our client's New York office is seeking a motivated Litigation & Trial Practice Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in general commercial litigation and possess excellent academic credentials, along with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs effectively.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and preparation.
• Assist in case management, handling multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters.
• Work on a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, securities litigation, intellectual property matters, and regulatory investigations.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in general commercial litigation preferred.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Strong understanding of legal research and writing.
