Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in administrative tasks is preferred, with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus.
