Adecco is now hiring a great Customer Service Representative II in Garland Tx.
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will collaborate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and create a delightful experience at every step. Success in this role requires exceptional multitasking abilities and the capacity to drive multiple projects toward completion. As a valued member of our team, you will help us provide daily freight solutions for our global customers.
Shift Details:
Tuesday to Saturday, rotating schedule.
Shift: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Need to be flexible

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
Previous worked in a warehouse setting
Proficient in teams and Emails
Communication with drivers at all time
Must be able to be Sitting most of the time
Some fiscal work
Qualifications for Success: Minimum Requirements:
1 year of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related applications.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.

Pay Details: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour
