Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an LMS Program Coordinator for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA.
The License Management (Lm) team has grown across Geographies, Routes to Market, Products and Buying Programs. The time has now come as part of this success, to bring in an efficient, passionate program coordinator to join the team and maximize our impact as an organization.
The program coordinator will be responsible for developing and standardizing effective programs and supervising operations. Their duties will consist of managing various administrative tasks and ensuring that the programs meet company goals.

Responsibilities :
- As a 30-to-90-day road map, the candidate should be able to successfully make an impact by delivering on the following key areas.
- You will be responsible for collating, maintaining and developing operational standards across all License Management programs, including keeping clear documentation up to date and accessible.
- Creating, monitoring and in cases delivering Competence & Operations Training and development programs.
- Act as a central POC for licensing and terminology knowledge.
- Monitor every step of a program for successful completion.
- Lead team meetings to discuss program updates which can help maximize productivity.
- Create materials and engagements to encourage community participation.
- Identify best practices and procedures to inform future programs.
- Collection of yearly audit certificates.
- Maintain program database and documents repository as per requirements.
- Work with Legal team to review certain key communications.
- Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities.
- Maintain Extraordinary and consistent communication with all internal program stakeholders.
- Build out a periodic, timely cadence of check points and review dates into the future quarters, aligned to each of the key areas of our programs.
Required Skills :
- 1-3 years of experience in project/program management/co-ordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast paced organization.
- Firm understanding of procedures that increase efficiency.
- Strong willingness to learn, desire to gain new skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, word, outlook and PowerPoint knowledge is mandatory).
