Our client is seeking an LMSW to join their team as the Assistant Director of Programs. In this role, you will support the Program Director in managing the street outreach program, supervise staff, ensure high-quality client engagement and service delivery, and maintain detailed performance metrics.
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000/year
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the LMSW: Assistant Director of Programs:
- Service Delivery Management: Oversee program operations, staff supervision, and training.
- Staff Supervision: Manage direct reports, providing guidance and support.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external stakeholders, service partners, government, and community agencies for effective program service delivery.
- Client Services: Oversee client outreach, ensure linkage to case management, and make referrals for psychiatric assessment and treatment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including other outreach teams and various units, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on outcomes, goals, and data tracking.
- Education: NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW).
- Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably with 24/7 programs and homeless populations.
- Skills: Strong understanding of service delivery models, and behavioral/medical health systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with diverse groups.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Access-based databases and adaptable to new programs.
- Language: Bilingual skills preferred.
