Day to day as a LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant)

Join us as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) at Cornerstone VNA, where you'll embark on a rewarding journey delivering exceptional home care right in the heart of your clients' familiar surroundings. In this flexible role, you'll provide some of the following duties and responsibilities

• Provide basic client/patient care by assisting client/patients with eating and nutrient intake
• Aid client/patients with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living in accordance with the individual plan of care
• Carryout treatments on patients' plan of care such as home exercise program, stable wound care, range of motion, etc.
• Take, read and record vital signs and collect samples and specimens for tests
• Work with members of the health care team from other disciplines to provide excellent service for patients
