Responsibilities LNHA:

• The nursing home administrator is responsible for supervising the clinical and administrative affairs of the nursing home
• Oversee staff and personnel in ensuring they are doing their responsible tasks
• Monitors and maintains all financial aspects
• Conducts and directs with the DON the medical department
• Ensures all medical supplies are up to date and FDA-safe regulated
• Any other tasks as necessary for the nursing home facility

Qualifications LNHA: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Previous LNHA in LTC/SNF
• LNHA certified in OH
• A leader
• Serious applicants 
• Interest in the geriatric population
