LOADER - Spherion

Spherion Staffing of Lake and Sumter County has an opening for a Manual Loader to join a manufacturer located in Groveland, FL.

The Loaders' function will be to assist in the wrapping and packaging of windows, doors, and wall pieces and getting them ready for shipment.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 11:00 am until the job is complete. (Fridays, Weekends, and Overtime as required) based on production needs.

Start pay: $14.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- wrap and pack parts (including doors, windows, wall pieces)
- hand load parts onto trucks

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:
- Require sustained periods of times lifting up to 50 pounds at times.
- Loaders will be on their feet for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, squat, push and pull material regularly.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
- Must be able to pass screening requirements
