Loader Operator - Impact Companies

Impact Companies is seeking experienced Loader Operators to join our team at our surface mines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment to load customer trucks and feed the hopper with properly sized materials.

• Perform daily maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.

• Meet production goals by achieving tonnage and turn time targets.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years operating a 980G CAT Loader (or similar).

• Experience with sand/gravel and loading crushers is a plus.

• Preventative maintenance experience

• Reliable transportation

• Flexibility for any shift

• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
