Job Summary:

• Job Title: Loader/Operator
• Location: Gibbon, Nebraska
• Pay: $17.50-18/hour DOE
• Shift Details: Initial shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM; Future shift: Monday - Friday, 5 AM - 5 PM during production periods; Some Saturdays may be required with flexibility for varying hours.

As a Loader/Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in operations by loading chemicals into containers on a platform. This position offers a fantastic entry point with the potential to train for a production shift if you prefer. Your attention to detail and ability to follow directions will help ensure our processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Load chemicals into appropriate containers using a hose on a platform.
• Follow directions accurately and read meters as needed.
• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Flexibility to work different hours, including some Saturdays as required.
• Start on a load-out shift, with the opportunity to train for production shifts.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude are preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• A background in farming or related fields is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
