Loan Compliance Analyst - Hybrid in Greenville, SC - Perceptive Recruiting

RELO PROVIDED:  Direct hire Loan Compliance Analyst position open in Greenville, SC for an analyst or auditor with loan testing and remediation experience in the consumer lending industry. This is a direct hire position with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite/2 days remote.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of federal and state consumer lending laws and have experience auditing systems, processes, risk and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Lending Compliance Audit and Testing
• Strong knowledge of federal and state consumer financial laws (UDAAP, Truth in Lending - TILA, Truth in Advertising, ECOA, Consumer Harm, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Lending Act, Regulation E, Regulation Z).
• Loan sample quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excel and SQL preferred

• Conduct risk assessments on processes, systems and documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Analyze data trends, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed documentation and present findings.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely remediation of ineffective controls across the corporation.
• Test changes and new implementations within the company's change management process.
