The Lending Operations teams support all lending activity for Corporate and Commercial clients of the bank across North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia. The Loan IQ project analyst will be responsible for understanding and supporting the transformation efforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of the new target-state banking lending system - Loan IQ.
The Loan IQ project analyst will be responsible for supporting multiple product owners with the gathering and assembling of various requirements and the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the supported programs. A working knowledge of Loan IQ is required with experience booking and servicing bi—lateral loans, syndicated loans, traded deals and mapping data from one platform to another. Excellent communication & presentation skills are required as we present findings and provide overall program updates to senior leaders
Qualifications
• 5 - 10 years relevant experience in financial services or similar industry
• Background and/or exposure to platform transformation and related operational and financial impacts in detail
• 3+ year’s experience with Loan IQ
• Experience with Flexcube platform
• Experience managing multiple UAT efforts which are in flight, globally
• Agile methodology for program execution
• JIRA use
• Proven track record in application implementation and system integration across multiple platforms.
• Strong analysis and documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues, structure potential solutions, and drive to resolution with operations staff and senior stakeholders.
• Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment
• Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and industry standard project management tools.
Finance, Business Administration or Engineering bachelor’s degree preferred
