The Finance Change & Integration team supports the various Finance departments with change initiatives/strategic programs. The team is responsible for:
Stakeholder management
Business Requirements Documentation
Liase with Technology and Program Management teams on program deliverables
Functional Testing
Production Release Support
Summary
This specific role is to support the Finance teams in the LoanIQ program.
Responsibilities
Understanding and documenting current painpoints
Business Requirements Documentation
Defining Target Operating Model
Working closely with Finance, Technology, Program Management, and Operations on program deliverables
Test case creation
Working with Finance owners on execution of test cases
Raising risks/issues/dependencies
Communicating Finance status to management
Production Release Support
Qualifications
Subject Matter Expertise in Loans
Been involved/led Loan IQ deployments
Organized self-starter
The expected base salary ranges from $ 150,000- $200,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
